1.buyer’s application for after-sales service:

1) contact the customer service staff of the store to provide the order number, product name and SN bar code of the product;
2) describe the problems encountered and prove them through video or pictures;

2.maintenance method: send it back to Hong Kong for maintenance

3.free warranty period: 1 year

Specific warranty rules: the following time is the starting time when the customer receives the goods
1) 0-3 days, if there is any quality problem, please inform us. After confirming the problem, we can refund the money or change the machine for free.We will bear the freight of usd 12 and the freight to the buyer.Refund or replacement will be made within 3 days after receipt of the package.
2) within 3-7 days, if there is any quality problem, please inform us. After the problem is confirmed, we can refund the money or change the machine for free.We will bear the freight of $5 back and back to the buyer.Refund or replacement will be made within 3 days after receipt of the package.
3) within 7-30 days, if there is any quality problem, please inform us. After the problem is confirmed, we will provide free maintenance service. The buyer will bear the transportation cost of sending the product to us, and we will bear the transportation cost of sending the product back to the customer.
4) within 1-12 months, if there is any quality problem, please inform us. After the problem is confirmed, we will provide free maintenance service, and the customer will bear the cost of round-trip transportation of the goods.
5) in 12-24 months, if quality problems occur, we can still provide maintenance service, but the customer needs to pay $15 labor cost + maintenance cost, and the customer should bear the round-trip transportation cost of goods transportation.

4.matters needing attention in returning goods

1) if you need to send back the product, please provide the following information when sending back the product, print it out and put it in the package.
The order ID.
The buyer ID
Problem description:
2) when the goods are sent back, please select the logistics carrier that can track the logistics track and declare that the goods are mobile phones with functional defects and the declared value is between 15 and 20 dollars, otherwise the goods may be seized by the customs, and we will not bear high tariffs caused by this.
3) please return the product and all accessories for a full refund.If you do not return all parts, we will choose the repair service for you by default.
